http://cinziamazzamakeup.com/?x=omprare-viagra-generico-100-mg-consegna-rapida-a-Venezia Think buffalo chicken meets quinoa … are you drooling yet?!?! In this house, we love buffalo chicken dip. We also love all things hot sauce. (As seen in like half the recipes on here). This recipe brings the delicious spicy goodness of buffalo chicken dip into a healthy, tasty quinoa salad that is perfect for lunches! The kicker? It is vegetarian. Sorry friends, no chicken in this one. I loaded it with veggies, quinoa, and a greek yogurt sauce topped with blue cheese crumbles. DIVINE.
I love when things are simple, especially packing my lunch for the week. Which is why I love making this greek yogurt berry power parfait. It has all my favorite things, and it keeps me full for the rest of the work day! This baby is packed with berries, greek yogurt, peanut butter, oatmeal, and chia seeds. AKA- it is full of protein, fiber, vitamins, and feel good vibes. (Okay, that last one might not be scientifically proven.) Also, it is easy to adapt to whatever you have on hand. I used strawberries and some mixed berries from my freezer, but it would be equally delicious with bananas, peaches, kiwis, etc. Trust me, you’ve gotta give this power parfait a try!
Oh. Heck. Yes. This peaches and cream smoothie is my jam. It tastes like dessert, but it is actually a healthy and filling breakfast smoothie. Sign me up. It is loaded with, well you guessed it …. peaches!! But, there is also greek yogurt, a little milk, oats, and chia seeds. That is why this breakfast will actually keep you full all morning long! Plus, smoothies are awesome because you can take them on the go so easily. And as an added bonus, you can reminisce about high school dances where they played “Peaches and Cream” and everyone thought they were getting all sexy on the dance floor. But, in reality, we all looked like awkward preteens without an ounce of rhythm. You know what I’m talking about.
What do you do when life gives you more kale than you know what to do with? Make this dip, obviously!! I was going for a spinach dip type of feel, but I didn’t have spinach lol. So I went with the kale and it turned out awesome. Did you know this dip has 6 packed cups of kale? That is pretty dang good. And not to mention, it tastes amazing. Okay, okay, enough bragging, lol. Let’s get on with the recipe!
