http://buy-generic-clomid.com I have a thing for winter squash. Like, I’m obsessed with it. It is not uncommon for me to come home with a bushel of miscellaneous squash and a huge cheesy grin on my face. They are cheap, they store well, they are super nutritious, and they are delicious … what more can you ask for?! So, today, when I came home with 5 spaghetti squashes and 2 butternut squash, Matt didn’t even raise an eyebrow. By this point, its common knowledge. Also, if I am bringing home that many squash, I am more than likely making this cheddar jalapeño spaghetti squash which is seriously one of the most delicious things I make. Its creamy and cheesy and slightly spicy. It is basically mac and cheese, but with spaghetti squash instead of noodles.
One of my favorite things back in the day was those TGIF frozen jalapeño poppers that you would pop in the oven. OMG. They were amazing. Remember them?!!? They probably still exist actually. Not good for you, by any means, but they were tasty. Well, now that I keep a closer eye on the things I eat, those are out of the question. The laundry list of crazy ingredients is just bad news. Luckily, I have these babies to fill the void. They taste BETTER than the boxed version and only have a handful of ingredients. Score!
I am not much of a football fan. Which, being raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, is unheard of! Matt loves to watch football on Sundays while I love to spend the day in the kitchen, listening to my country music, and cooking up tasty meals for the week. I am a fan of the Super Bowl though for 1 reason: the food! Super Bowl parties are always full of delicious dips and yummy appetizers. I can get on board with that! To celebrate the Super Bowl coming up on Sunday, I am mixing up some of my favorite dips this week to share with y’all.
